Support Center Toolsets for Success

Regardless of the size of your organization your Support Center is often determines the reputation of your entire IT organization. They are the first stop for questions and answers when something technology related is needed in your organization. From the approach used when answering the phone, to the toolsets in place, your team will be the “face” of IT. So what are the tools your Support Center needs to ensure operational success, and ensure a great reputation for your IT organization?
