Tip # 2 Do not change the Universal Driver Priority Order: I have personally seen adverse effects if this order gets changed. An example of what could happen is that an entire Citrix application server might map the printers to a driver other than the Universal Print Driver and then subsequently negatively affecting users with your users printing. The only time I would change this would be if it directly relates to a Citrix support call.
